Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated Professional Dishwasher (Petugas Pencuci Piring) to join our vibrant restaurant team located in the bustling PIK/Muara Karang area. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our guests expect. As a member of our kitchen crew, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that every piece of tableware, cooking utensil, and kitchen equipment is spotless and ready for service, contributing directly to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools after each service.
  • Operate and maintain industrial dishwashers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage drainage systems, filters, and washing stations to prevent clogs and maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Assist with auxiliary kitchen tasks such as peeling onions, picking vegetables, and basic food prep during peak periods.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy washer area, including proper storage of cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations during busy shifts.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts from 10:00 to 21:00.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 27 years.
  • At least one year of professional experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or food‑service environment.
  • Valid KTP, family card (KK), diploma, and a recent work certificate.
  • Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong communication skills.
  • Honesty, discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Friendly, approachable, quick‑thinking, and a genuine passion for serving guests.
  • Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
  • Interest in the food and beverage (F&B) industry and a commitment to continuous improvement.
