Responsibilities
- Cashier Duties: Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital transactions; issue receipts and manage end‑of‑day cash reconciliation; assist customers with menu inquiries and promotional offers.
- Frontliner Tasks: Greet guests warmly, manage reservation logs, seat customers efficiently, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
- Housekeeping Functions: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across dining areas, restrooms, and back‑of‑house spaces; perform regular inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Monitor inventory of disposables (napkins, utensils, cleaning supplies) and request replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to handle peak‑hour traffic, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every patron.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper sanitization of workstations and equipment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, POS system upgrades, and service protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) diploma; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred for supervisory roles.
- Age: 19 – 28 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer‑facing role, preferably within the F&B sector.
- Professional appearance with a tidy and courteous demeanor.
- Physical and mental health that enables the ability to work long shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, high work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to undergo a selection process that includes document verification, interviews, and a practical trial.
