As part of the national commitment to generate 19,000 new jobs, we are actively seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated women to join us as Petugas Penggalangan Dana dan Pemasaran (Fundraising & Marketing Officer). Responsibilities
- Visit existing members at their homes or workplaces to collect savings deposits and provide personalized service.
- Promote and explain the cooperative’s savings products, highlighting the benefits of Sharia‑compliant financial solutions.
- Execute both mass‑marketing campaigns (e.g., community events, social media blasts) and one‑on‑one outreach to attract new members.
- Conduct market surveys and demographic research to identify potential member segments and expand the cooperative’s footprint.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, deposits, and new member applications using the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch managers and the training team to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Report weekly performance metrics, including new accounts opened, total deposits collected, and promotional activities undertaken.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Willingness to be placed at any branch location within the East Java region.
- Strong personal motivation, a proactive attitude, and a passion for community‑focused financial services.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel between member sites and branch offices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Basic digital literacy – comfortable using smartphones, email, and simple data entry tools.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a supportive team environment.
