Responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits to residential and commercial customers within the Bekasi jurisdiction to collect outstanding payments.
- Clearly explain the amount of principal, interest, and any applicable penalties, ensuring the customer fully understands their repayment obligations.
- Coordinate daily with the Desk Collection team, updating them on payment status, discrepancies, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Track and locate customers who have become unreachable, utilizing local knowledge, public records, and verification visits to confirm current addresses.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, maintaining precise records of promises to pay, payment receipts, and any negotiated settlement terms.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and provide feedback to the credit risk department to improve collection strategies.
- Adhere strictly to ethical collection practices and comply with all applicable regulations, including the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law.
- Assist in training new field collectors by sharing best practices and local insights about the Bekasi area.
Requirements
- Age between 30 and 40 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) – candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background will also be considered if they possess relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in field collection or a related debt recovery role.
- Deep familiarity with the Bekasi region, including neighborhoods, main streets, and local landmarks.
- Active SIM C (motorcycle) license for efficient mobility across the area.
- Current collection certification (Sertifikasi Penagihan) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in using mobile data entry tools.
