Introduction
The Team Leader, Project Delivery & Coordination will spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of student‑card insurance programs across schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and micro‑small‑medium enterprises (UMKM). This role blends business development, partnership management, and project execution, requiring a proactive leader who can build and nurture relationships while driving revenue growth in a fast‑moving insurance environment. Candidates with a minimum high school education, a passion for community outreach, and a proven ability to lead small teams are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential partners—including schools, government bodies, village communities, local markets, and UMKM—to promote the student‑card insurance offering.
- Prepare and present compelling partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements that align with corporate objectives.
- Design, launch, and monitor insurance program pilots, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and data collection to assess target demographics, market potential, and risk factors.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both public and private stakeholders to facilitate smooth program implementation and address any operational issues.
- Produce regular progress reports, complete with performance metrics, financial summaries, and supporting documentation for senior management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a network of business partners and field agents, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven culture.
- Develop and execute a regional partnership strategy that leverages existing contacts in schools, government agencies, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging insurance needs to continuously refine the product offering.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector or related B2B sales roles; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Established network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and lead a small team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in business development, B2B marketing, customer needs analysis, and sales management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.

- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to partner locations.
