Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Petugas Remedial to join our dedicated collections team in Depok, serving the greater Jabodetabek area. As a key member of the credit recovery unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans and financing agreements, ensuring that all activities are completed within stipulated deadlines.
- Conduct proactive outreach to delinquent customers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s database, documenting all customer interactions, payment promises, and escalation steps.
- Collaborate closely with the credit analysis, legal, and customer service departments to align collection strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular performance reports highlighting recovery rates, outstanding balances, and trends that inform senior management decisions.
- Identify high‑risk accounts early and recommend preventive actions to minimize future defaults.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to debt collection, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge of multifinance products, market conditions, and effective negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 30 years (maximum 29 years for fresh applicants).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial services role is preferred, though strong aptitude can compensate for limited experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear focus on achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Core personal attributes: integrity, resilience, attention to detail, honesty, and a persistent work ethic.
- Proficiency in data administration, basic database handling, and networked office environments.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office located in Depok, with placement based on the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
