Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial Pendidikan for our Dompu office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) while supporting our broader educational financing initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend strong analytical abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to manage collections, negotiate payment plans, and uphold the integrity of our financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection cycle for overdue accounts, ensuring payments are secured in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the internal CRM system.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, reporting variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the credit, legal, and customer service teams to resolve complex cases and mitigate risk.
- Provide educational counseling to borrowers on repayment options, reinforcing the value of financial responsibility.
- Identify trends in delinquency and suggest process improvements to senior management.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to debt collection.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on multifinance products and collection best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Male candidates, aged up to 30 years (maximum 34 years for certain entry‑level positions).
- Zero to one year of experience in collection, finance, or related customer‑service roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high degree of integrity, perseverance, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with CRM or accounting software.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to a fast‑paced office environment.
