Introduction
The Sales Promotion Associate (SPG) will be the front‑line ambassador of Koncept Batu Bolong, a vibrant lifestyle and retail destination located on the beautiful island of Bali. In this role you will engage with a diverse, international clientele, showcase our curated product range, and ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable experience. The position offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with flexible shift patterns (8–9 hours per shift) between 9 AM and 10 PM local time, seven days a week.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping journey.
- Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers in a clear, compelling manner, adapting the pitch to both local and tourist audiences.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards, regularly refreshing product displays, signage, and store layout to reflect seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
- Operate the MOKA Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system and electronic debit/credit (EDC) machines accurately, handling cash, card, and mobile payments while adhering to loss‑prevention protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels on the shop floor, report low‑stock items, and assist in replenishment activities to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow team members to execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, security checks, and cash reconciliation.
- Collect and record customer feedback, forwarding insights to the marketing team to help shape future promotions and product assortments.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and promotional events to stay current on new arrivals and brand stories.
- Uphold a high standard of personal appearance—casual, stylish, and well‑groomed—consistent with the store’s boutique atmosphere.
- Support occasional special events, pop‑up collaborations, and seasonal sales campaigns by assisting with set‑up, crowd management, and on‑site promotion.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales promotion, retail, or a related customer‑facing role (experience as an SPG is a plus).
- Fluent in English for daily communication; basic Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is advantageous.
- Proven ability to operate the MOKA POS system and EDC machines with confidence.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, confident, and easy to converse with a wide range of customers.
- Fast learner, detail‑oriented, and highly responsible with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible availability to work on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, within the operational hours of 9 AM – 10 PM WITA.
