We are seeking a dynamic Senior Creative Photographer to join our fast‑growing visual content team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s visual identity across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high‑quality photographic and video shoots that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest visual trends, platform algorithms, and content formats on Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
  • Perform basic post‑production editing (color correction, cropping, simple motion graphics) to deliver ready‑to‑publish assets.
  • Maintain and manage personal camera equipment, ensuring all gear is calibrated, clean, and ready for use.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a digital asset library, tagging files for easy retrieval and future reuse.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that elevate storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate shoot schedules, location scouting, and talent coordination while adhering to project timelines.
  • Provide mentorship to junior photographers and assist in building a cohesive visual culture within the team.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional weekend shoots, to meet campaign deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / SMK or equivalent.
  • Own a professional‑grade camera (mandatory) and basic lighting equipment.
  • Strong creative sensibility with a proven ability to produce content that reflects current social media trends.
  • Basic proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Rush) – advanced skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of branding principles, visual aesthetics, and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime for urgent projects.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • Preferably 0–2 years of relevant experience, though a strong portfolio can compensate for limited professional tenure.
