Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional waitstaff to join our bustling restaurant team. As a Waiter (Pelayan Restoran), you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service that keeps guests returning. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, attentive demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, promptly input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring each dish is presented beautifully and at the correct temperature.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any guest concerns immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables between seatings and adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service flow and timely order delivery.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Stay knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings, attend training sessions, and contribute ideas for improving guest experience.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies, including proper food handling and allergen awareness.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (as per current operational requirements).
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Between 25 and 30 years old.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays or plates safely.
  • Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
