Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and energetic Picker & Packer to join our fast‑growing logistics hub in Depok. As part of a dynamic team handling high‑volume e‑commerce orders, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every item is accurately selected, carefully packed, and dispatched on time. Responsibilities
- Order Monitoring: Continuously track new orders entering the system and prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
- Printing & Verification: Print inventory orders, verify product codes, and ensure that the correct items are pulled from storage.
- Picking: Retrieve goods from shelves according to the printed inventory order, handling items with care to avoid damage.
- Scanning & Documentation: Scan barcodes on each product to confirm accuracy and update the order status in real time.
- Packing: Package items following company‑defined standards, including proper cushioning, labeling, and sealing.
- Driver Coordination: Use the internal system to summon drivers, transmit order details, and hand over packed bags to the assigned driver.
- Shift Flexibility: Work rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final checks for order completeness, correct labeling, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process enhancements to reduce errors, speed up throughput, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; maximum age of 35 years.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in retail, e‑commerce fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail, agility, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work six days a week (including public holidays) with one day off.
- Availability for shift work, including early‑morning and evening schedules.
- Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM and Android OS 8.0 or higher for system access.
- Excellent basic computer literacy, especially in using warehouse management software.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to follow written instructions accurately.
