Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor – Tim Crew Toko Retail to lead our retail store operations in the vibrant city of Palu. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage a team of sales associates, cashiers, and support staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and promote seasonal promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain department for stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑beverage service standards, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and uphold a high standard of service excellence.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local advertising campaigns and in‑store events.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in retail store operations; prior supervisory or managerial experience is highly preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Candidates up to 35 years old are encouraged to apply.
- Location: Willingness to be based in Palu, Central Sulawesi.
- Key Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, team leadership, inventory management, and proficiency in retail POS systems.

- Additional Competency: Familiarity with food and beverage service standards is an advantage.
