Responsibilities
- Operate company‑provided motorcycles or light trucks in accordance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform daily pre‑trip inspections, including checks of brakes, lights, tires, fuel levels, and overall vehicle condition.
- Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to meet delivery schedules.
- Load, secure, and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipt of signatures, and electronic documentation for each stop.
- Provide courteous, clear communication with customers, addressing any concerns or special instructions.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and fellow drivers to coordinate pick‑up and drop‑off times.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure during peak periods or unexpected traffic conditions.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to the safety officer.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and uphold company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent credential.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible based on local labor regulations).

- No prior professional driving experience required, but any related experience is a plus.
