Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints with empathy, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Age: 18‑26 years old and single.
- Attractive personal appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No current enrollment in college or university programs.
- Residence near the outlet is highly preferred to ensure punctuality.
- Basic proficiency in store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
