Responsibilities

- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and recommend items based on customer needs.
- Support promotional activities, set up displays, and help execute in‑store marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and service goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, maintenance issues, or customer feedback to the store manager promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates of any discipline are also welcome.
- Age: 18 – 28 years.
