Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, accepting cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments.
- Operate the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and ensure all sales data is correctly recorded.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including regular floor sweeps, shelf dusting, and restroom checks.
- Arrange merchandise on shelves and create eye‑catching displays that follow promotional guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product questions, and resolving minor complaints with a positive attitude.
- Assist with daily stock checks, report low inventory, and help restock shelves during off‑peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet sales targets and uphold store standards.
- Adhere to all cash handling policies, perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, and safeguard company assets.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and POS system upgrades.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as per store policy.
- Age: up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage customers politely.
- Basic numeracy and comfort with handling cash and electronic payments.
- Proficiency in using a POS system or willingness to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
