Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages with precision, adhering to plating standards and timing requirements.
- Monitor table status, anticipate guest needs, and respond swiftly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures with integrity and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to deliver seamless service during peak periods.
- Manage high‑pressure situations, such as large parties or rush hours, while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
- Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on menu changes, service standards, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory; strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight service timelines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and customer service etiquette.
