Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and personalized recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain an organized and attractive merchandise display, ensuring shelves are stocked and visual standards are met.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by proactively upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the back‑office team for replenishment.
- Collect and record customer feedback, escalating any issues to the store manager for prompt resolution.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to boost store traffic.
- Prepare daily sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Travel occasionally to other store locations or regional training sessions as required.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 29 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English).
- High integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain loyalty to the brand.
- Willingness to travel for business trips outside the city.
- Required documents: CV, detailed resume, photocopy of KTP, photocopy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), 4×6 passport‑style photo, photocopy of police clearance (SKCK), and any certificates of relevant work experience.
