Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, approachable demeanor, ensuring every visitor feels valued.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across all consumer categories to provide accurate recommendations and upsell effectively.
- Execute smart service techniques, including active listening, problem‑solving, and personalized follow‑up.
- Organize and replenish merchandise displays, ensuring shelves are well‑stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and handle returns or exchanges following company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and coordinate with back‑office staff for timely re‑ordering.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by proactively engaging shoppers and promoting promotional offers.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product briefings to stay current with new arrivals and market trends.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales associate in a retail setting.
- Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver “smart service” with excellent communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to work hard in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Willingness to attend and complete ongoing training programs.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine passion for retail sales.
