Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional demeanor, understanding their fashion preferences and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the latest collections, fabric details, sizing, and styling tips to effectively advise shoppers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling, cross‑selling, and promotion of seasonal offers.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks, including arranging displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring the boutique remains tidy and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and collaborate with the inventory manager to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with regular customers, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty program enrollment.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support in‑store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, grooming standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer trends, product performance, and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Female candidates up to 25 years old; all genders welcome for other positions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and accountability.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license for occasional off‑site errands.
- Residency within or near the boutique’s service area is highly preferred.
- No prior retail experience required; a willingness to learn and a passion for fashion are essential.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems or a quick aptitude for learning new software.
