Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Pramuniaga Penjualan (Sales Attendants) to join our retail team in Tangerang Selatan. The role involves front‑line interaction with customers, promoting product knowledge, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. Successful candidates will be flexible, ready to be placed at any of our store locations, and committed to professional growth through a mandatory training program in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, promotions, and pricing to answer inquiries confidently.
- Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash, card, and electronic payments.
- Arrange merchandise on shelves and displays, ensuring visual standards and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in stock replenishment, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements to boost sales performance.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Provide after‑sales support, such as processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Attend the mandatory training session in Kebon Jeruk to develop communication, product, and service skills.
- Be prepared to relocate or travel to other store locations as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑29 years (maximum 29 years).
- Gender: Open to all genders; specific height requirements – male ≥ 155 cm, female ≥ 150 cm.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo training in Kebon Jeruk (Jakarta Barat) and to be placed at any store location.
- Required documentation:
- Original diploma (Ijazah).
- Curriculum Vitae or job application letter.
- Photocopy of KTP (Identity Card).
- Photocopy of Kartu Keluarga (Family Card).
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Letter).
- Recent 4 × 6 cm passport‑style photograph.
- Work experience certificates (if available).
- Academic transcript.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
