Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, acrylics, nail art, and specialized therapeutic treatments.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure personalized service.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations, including sterilization of tools and proper disposal of waste.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow‑up communications using the salon’s booking software.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of nail products, supplies, and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to cross‑sell services such as facial therapies, body massages, and wellness treatments.
- Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on the latest nail trends, product launches, and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and trainees, fostering a supportive and learning‑focused work environment.
- Contribute ideas for promotional events, seasonal packages, and customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 16 and 35 years.
- Minimum educational qualification: D3/D4 in a related field (beauty therapy, cosmetology, or hospitality management).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a salon setting, with a strong portfolio of nail work.
- Prior experience in administrative duties (booking, client management, inventory) is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using salon management software and basic computer applications.
- Commitment to continuous learning, including willingness to undergo additional training if needed.
