We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Solo location as Daily Operations Workers – General Labor. This entry‑level role offers a hands‑on introduction to the food & beverage (F&B) industry, perfect for recent graduates, final‑year students, or anyone eager to start a career in hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the floor team with greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely service.
  • Support kitchen staff by prepping ingredients, restocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
  • Execute routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal, in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for food handling, sanitation, and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
  • Participate in daily briefings, providing feedback on workflow improvements and guest satisfaction.
  • Adapt quickly to shift changes, covering both floor and kitchen duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑26 years old.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • No prior experience is required; however, any background in floor service or kitchen work within the F&B sector is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of F&B operations, including food safety and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Wednesday to Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Willingness to be placed at the Ramen Master Solo branch.
