Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Program Intern Content Creator to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to develop professional content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Instagram Stories while working closely with experienced brand strategists. Ideal candidates are creative, tech‑savvy women under the age of 25 who have a passion for social media trends and a desire to turn ideas into engaging visual stories.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, produce, and publish short‑form video and visual content that aligns with specific campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute on‑site and in‑studio shooting sessions using smartphones or entry‑level cameras, ensuring high‑quality footage and proper lighting.
  • Perform basic video editing, adding captions, music, transitions, and brand‑consistent graphics to create polished final assets.
  • Collaborate with the social media, design, and marketing teams during brainstorming workshops to generate fresh content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor real‑time platform analytics, noting performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and viewer retention, and use these insights to refine future content.
  • Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets for scheduled posts and special events.
  • Stay current with emerging TikTok challenges, Instagram Reels formats, and algorithm updates, recommending strategic pivots when appropriate.
  • Incorporate brand voice, tone, and visual style consistently across all published material.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 25 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Experience: At least one year of hands‑on experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms, either for personal projects or a brand.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with mobile video shooting, basic editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush), and familiarity with visual design tools for simple graphics.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to accept and act on feedback, high initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion: Genuine interest in digital media trends, storytelling, and community building.
  • Additional Assets (Preferred): Experience managing a personal or brand social media account; a portfolio showcasing previous short‑form video work.
