Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promosi Penjualan (Sales Promotion) associate to join our fast‑growing team in the Bulungan region. The successful candidate will become the face of our brand in retail outlets, providing product education, maintaining visual standards, and building lasting relationships with store owners and end‑customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive product education and on‑site consultation to customers, explaining features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Maintain immaculate store displays, ensure that all promotional materials, merchandising units, and demo machines are clean, functional, and arranged according to company guidelines.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with shop owners, store staff, and fellow field colleagues to create a collaborative sales environment.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the regional manager by executing effective selling techniques and upselling complementary items.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer feedback, reporting findings to the sales supervisor for strategic adjustments.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee timely product replenishment, addressing stock‑outs before they affect sales.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product launches, and promotional events to stay current on new offerings and brand messaging.
- Travel within the assigned Bulungan area using a personal motorcycle, adhering to a disciplined schedule and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Chemical Engineering is a plus, but candidates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, promotion, or field marketing; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also considered.
- Passion for sales and marketing, with a demonstrable ability to influence buying decisions.
- Professional appearance, resilience, diligence, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Own a valid motorcycle, possess an active SIM C, and be comfortable traveling daily to various retail locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in public speaking, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
- Age not exceeding 30 years; all genders are welcome.
