Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Unit Usaha Tempe to join our dynamic team in Balikpapan. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our tempe production unit. The successful candidate will work closely with the accounting, sales, and production teams to ensure accurate recording of transactions, timely reporting, and smooth payroll processing.

Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a structured yet flexible environment where initiative and problem‑solving are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Record all financial transactions accurately in the company’s accounting system.
  • Enter and maintain critical data for system reporting, including:
    • Sales and inventory details for soybeans, plastic packaging, and other raw materials.
    • Production output and cash‑flow statements.
    • Employee salary components and related deductions.
    • Invoice follow‑ups and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications as required by management.
  • Monitor bank account mutations and reconcile statements on a regular basis.
  • Generate weekly profit‑and‑loss reports and provide closing balance summaries for the unit.
  • Compile, verify, and process employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Organize and archive all financial and operational documents in a systematic manner.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisors, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or financial administration role, preferably within a manufacturing or food‑processing environment.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and ability to perform calculations accurately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Effective problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive and initiative‑driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail, organizational talent, and a commitment to data integrity.
