To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a diligent Petugas Administrasi dan Operasional Gudang (Warehouse Administration & Operations Officer). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that inbound and outbound goods flow smoothly, inventory records remain accurate, and our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, checking quantities, product codes, and condition of goods.
- Record all receipts in the warehouse management system (WMS) and update inventory spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders, ensuring that each package complies with company SOPs and is dispatched to the correct address before the scheduled cut‑off time.
- Monitor stock levels continuously; generate low‑stock alerts and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish items that are nearing depletion.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy of at least 99%.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse processes, suggesting efficiencies in layout, material handling, and documentation.
- Provide support for special projects such as seasonal stock uploads, returns processing, and cross‑docking activities.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg and to stand for extended periods.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols without supervision.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
