Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Toko – Pengelolaan Administrasi Penjualan to join our fast‑growing retail operation. The successful candidate will serve as the central hub for all sales‑related administrative activities, ensuring that daily transactions, inventory records, and team performance are managed with precision and efficiency. This role operates on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and may involve rotating shift patterns to support peak business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end sales administration process, including order entry, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the purchasing department to prevent stock‑outs.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using the System Accurate software or equivalent ERP tools, providing insights to senior management.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of sales clerks, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting regular coaching sessions.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during high‑traffic periods while complying with labor regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing or order issues promptly, maintaining a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Implement and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales administration to increase accuracy and reduce processing time.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile monthly sales figures and support year‑end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection standards, and relevant retail regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; business or commerce background is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales administration, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities, with a track record of motivating staff.
  • Strong computer proficiency; experience with System Accurate or comparable accounting/ERP software is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work a shift‑based schedule, including occasional weekend adjustments.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for internal reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
