Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust network of potential customers through proactive outreach and relationship‑building activities.
- Conduct timely follow‑ups on marketing leads, converting prospects into confirmed sales opportunities.
- Assess client needs and objectives, offering tailored product solutions that align with their expectations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, marketplace platforms, and social media channels, providing accurate information and courteous service.
- Assist walk‑in customers in the store, delivering product demonstrations, answering questions, and guiding purchase decisions.
- Manage the store’s existing social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Oversee marketplace listings, ensuring product information, pricing, and inventory are consistently up‑to‑date.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for purchase orders (PO), tracking performance against targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment and product displays.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, anticipate replenishment needs, and minimize stock‑outs.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and digital marketing skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, age 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, retail, or a related field (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to create clear reports and presentations.
- Strong understanding of marketplace sales processes (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to craft engaging social media content.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, patience, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Residency in or near Bintaro or Serpong is required for commute convenience.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours from 09:00 to 18:00, with potential weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
