Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for assigned retail stores by executing effective selling techniques and promotional activities.
- Implement and monitor promotional campaigns designed by the central marketing team, ensuring consistent brand messaging at each point of sale.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Polytron’s electronic range, including features, specifications, and competitive advantages, to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Ensure all product displays adhere to Polytron’s visual standards and that the sales floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with SOPs.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff, acting as a trusted liaison between Polytron and the retail partner.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering attendance, sales performance, inventory levels, and any issues encountered on the shop floor.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and new product introductions, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and product briefings to stay current with the latest technology trends and sales methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales promoter, retailer, or similar sales‑focused role in the electronics sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and tidy appearance.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities, combined with a genuine passion for technology.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with store management and Polytron’s head office.
