Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staf Penjualan dan Pengambilan Order to join our fast‑growing team in Malang. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth for our portfolio of fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) and skincare products. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of the brand, visiting retail outlets, taking orders, and ensuring that our products are well‑represented on the shelves. Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail stores and modern trade outlets on a daily basis to present product offerings and take customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate order documentation using handheld devices or paper forms, ensuring timely submission to the central sales office.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct shelf checks, and coordinate with distributors to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by proactively identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Report market insights, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to the sales manager for strategic planning.
  • Assist in promotional activities, product launches, and in‑store merchandising to maximize visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional terms while representing the brand professionally.
  • Maintain personal safety and vehicle upkeep, adhering to all traffic regulations and company travel protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales taking order, canvassing, motorized sales, or field sales, preferably within the FMCG or skincare industry.
  • Strong understanding of order‑taking processes and store coverage planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets with a high level of self‑motivation.
  • Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for daily travel.
  • Willingness to work mobile in the designated Malang area and adapt to flexible schedules.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Gender: Open to all candidates.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Ability to start immediately is highly preferred.
