Responsibilities
- Set up, arrange, and secure all balls, cones, flags, and other match‑day equipment according to league specifications.
- Transport and position goal‑post nets, corner flags, and bench accessories before each session.
- Inspect playing surfaces for hazards, report any irregularities, and coordinate with the grounds‑keeping crew for prompt resolution.
- Assist the food‑and‑beverage team by managing inventory of consumables used during pre‑match warm‑ups and halftime.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, condition, and storage location to ensure accountability.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment to keep the field perimeter and locker rooms tidy after events.
- Collaborate with security personnel to enforce crowd‑control measures during high‑attendance matches.
- Provide courteous assistance to players, coaches, and officials, answering any equipment‑related queries promptly.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on equipment handling, emergency response, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preference for women to maintain a balanced team environment).
- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates must be physically capable of handling shift work.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work both daytime (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM), including occasional weekend duties.
- Personal Attributes: Friendly, polite, honest, and highly responsible.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay alert during night shifts and handle moderate lifting and manual tasks.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Basic skills in food & beverage management are a plus, as the role occasionally supports concession operations.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
