Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to every customer.
- Present product features, specifications, and benefits of a wide range of electronics (TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, smartphones) and electric vehicles (e‑bikes, electric scooters, motor‑cators) in a clear and compelling manner.
- Guide customers through both cash and credit purchase processes, ensuring compliance with financing policies and a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain optimal store presentation: keep displays tidy, ensure promotional signage is up‑to‑date, and monitor inventory levels on the floor.
- Set daily and weekly sales targets, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when goals are not met.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business through after‑sales follow‑up and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to coordinate product deliveries, resolve stock discrepancies, and plan promotional events.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend product mix adjustments to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and store security protocols, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must demonstrate the physical stamina to work 12‑hour shifts.
- Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or electric vehicle segments.

- Basic knowledge of credit financing procedures

- Availability: Willingness to work six days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 20:00.
