Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer to join our sales and credit team in Cileungsi, serving the greater Jakarta‑Bogor‑Depok‑Tangerang (Jabodetabek) region. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring smooth credit processing for automotive and financing solutions. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, dealers, and end‑customers, delivering a seamless experience from product introduction through payment completion.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and sell the company’s product portfolio—including financing packages, leasing options, and value‑added services—to both existing and prospective customers.
- Generate and secure orders from distribution channels by conducting thorough initial data collection, verifying customer information, and assembling complete credit application dossiers.
- Coordinate with internal credit analysts to track the progress of each application, ensuring timely updates and clear communication of approval or denial decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with detailed information on payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, while addressing any follow‑up queries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, documenting every interaction, order status, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay market insights, customer preferences, and competitive trends.
- Attend regular training sessions and industry seminars to stay current with financial regulations, credit risk assessment, and best practices in relationship management.
- Support the after‑sales process by troubleshooting issues, facilitating dispute resolution, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, credit administration, or customer relationship management, preferably within the automotive or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to conduct effective telemarketing and face‑to‑face negotiations.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in data verification and document preparation.
- Demonstrated capability to monitor multiple credit applications simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic financial analysis tools.
- Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and a customer‑centric mindset.
