Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. This pivotal role will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our courier network, ensuring that parcels move efficiently, COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions are processed accurately, and any fraud or loss incidents are investigated promptly. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a rapidly evolving e‑commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified couriers to meet the specific needs of each operational zone.
- Provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and motivational support to active couriers within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and supervise the end‑to‑end distribution flow, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate handling of COD transactions.
- Lead investigations into fraud cases, including loss, damage, and COD manipulation, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner courier agencies, facilitating clear communication and joint problem‑solving.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports highlighting operational findings, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate directly with the BPOM (National Agency of Drug and Food Control) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the transport of sensitive goods.
- Collaborate with internal logistics, finance, and customer service teams to resolve escalated issues and improve overall service quality.
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends, optimize routing, and propose efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in courier management, field coordination, or a related logistics role.
- Key Skills: Strong background in debt collection and billing processes (Proses Penagihan Utang), familiarity with COD handling, and basic investigative techniques.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, problem‑solving mindset, high level of integrity, and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and mobile tracking applications.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
