Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our security team in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our manufacturing facilities, supporting on‑site exhibitions, and ensuring the overall safety of personnel and assets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with at least one year of experience in security or related fields, and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment in line with company policies and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the factory premises to deter and detect any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
- Provide comprehensive security coverage during exhibitions, including crowd control, access verification, and incident response.
- Implement and follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for emergency situations, evacuation drills, and incident reporting.
- Operate surveillance equipment, log entries, and maintain accurate records of all security events.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, ensuring timely communication and assistance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of the facility and suggest improvements to enhance safety protocols.
- Assist in the training of new security staff, sharing best practices and reinforcing adherence to SOPs.
- Participate in rotating 2‑shift schedules, covering both daytime and nighttime operations to provide 24‑hour protection.
- Travel on short‑notice assignments to other cities or event locations as part of the company’s security outreach program.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Gada Pratama certificate is preferred.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant security, guard, or safety experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic security technologies (CCTV, access control systems) and the ability to write clear incident reports.
- Soft Skills: Strong observational abilities, excellent communication, calm under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
- Availability: Willingness to work a rotating two‑shift schedule (08:00‑23:00, Monday‑Saturday) and to be deployed to Surabaya or other locations as needed.
- Legal: Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances or work permits.
