Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. This position is a key customer‑facing role within a leading multifinance institution that provides a range of financing solutions to individuals and businesses. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, promoting our product portfolio, facilitating credit applications, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to repayment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively offer the company’s financing products to both existing and prospective customers across various channels.
- Generate and secure orders from distribution partners by gathering initial customer data, conducting thorough verifications, and preparing complete credit application packages.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with dealers and customers regarding status updates and final decisions.
- Provide customers with detailed information on payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other critical loan‑related details.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, ensuring they understand our product features, eligibility criteria, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and credit risk teams to expedite approvals while adhering to compliance standards.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities, suggesting complementary financing solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, generating regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing market insights and contributing ideas for product enhancements or new outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4 preferred).
- Age: maximum 29 years at the time of application.
- Open to all genders.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle license) for field visits.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit evaluation and loan disbursement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Demonstrated adaptability and quick learning ability in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a distinct advantage, though fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with basic office tools and familiarity with CRM or loan management software.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
