We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Pengukuran dan Pemasangan Sistem Mekanik to join our fast‑growing mechanical solutions team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high‑quality blind installations, precise measurements, and routine maintenance for commercial and residential clients across the region. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Accurate measurement: Conduct site surveys, take precise dimensions, and produce detailed layout drawings to ensure that all mechanical components fit perfectly.
- Blind installation: Install a variety of blinds—including vertical, horizontal, and motorized systems—following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Preventive maintenance: Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to extend the lifespan of mechanical systems.
- Repair & troubleshooting: Diagnose faults, replace worn parts, and restore functionality quickly to minimize client downtime.
- Documentation: Record measurement data, installation procedures, and maintenance logs in our digital tracking system.
- Client interaction: Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical details, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with project managers, electricians, and other technicians to coordinate schedules and share best practices.
- Safety compliance: Follow all occupational health and safety guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, and report any hazards immediately.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in mechanical measurement, blind installation, or related field.
- Gender: Male (as per client specifications).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using measuring tools (tape, laser distance meters), hand and power tools, and basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 25 kg, climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, good communication, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Reliability: Ability to adhere to a fixed work schedule (08:00 – 17:00, Monday‑Saturday) and maintain punctuality.
- Certifications (optional but preferred): Safety training, basic electrical awareness, or manufacturer‑specific installation certifications.
