PT BCA Finance is expanding its field‑sales team in the vibrant city of Cimahi. We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our branch and become a key driver in promoting our financial products, building strong partner networks, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Product Promotion & Market Expansion: Actively market BCA Finance’s loan, credit, and savings products to individuals and small‑to‑medium enterprises, identifying new market segments and increasing the branch’s footprint.
- Partner Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with local merchants, automotive dealers, real‑estate agents, and other strategic partners to generate referral business and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Consumer Survey & Credit Analysis: Conduct on‑site surveys, collect financial data, and perform preliminary credit‑worthiness assessments in line with BCA Finance’s underwriting standards.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by converting leads into approved financing applications.
- Field Reporting: Submit accurate daily activity logs, market intelligence, and performance metrics to the branch manager using the company’s CRM system.
- Customer Service & After‑Sales Support: Provide guidance throughout the loan application process, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the credit‑approval team.
- Compliance & Data Protection: Adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and internal policies when handling client information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 from any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Strong communication and active listening skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in data collection and interpretation.
- Passion for field work and willingness to travel within the Cimahi area.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for daily commuting.
- Residence in Cimahi or surrounding districts.
- Open to working Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30.
