Isuzu Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive – Area Tangerang Selatan to join our growing automotive sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital channels.
- Present and demonstrate Isuzu vehicles, highlighting key features, specifications, and financing options.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion into sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while adhering to company pricing policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and showroom events.
- Provide after‑sales support, including coordinating test drives, handling inquiries, and facilitating service appointments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to continuously improve selling techniques.
- Uphold Isuzu’s brand reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long‑term loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates with no prior sales experience; a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a natural aptitude for building relationships and influencing decisions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for promotional events.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
