Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and accurately process orders during busy service periods.
- Engage with customers, answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a memorable café experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, teas, syrups, milk, and consumables; communicate restocking needs to the manager.
- Stay updated on new coffee brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and industry trends to continuously improve product quality.
- Assist in training new team members on drink preparation, equipment usage, and customer service standards.
- Observe health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and allergen awareness.
- Contribute ideas for menu innovation, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Relevant experience or formal training in barista skills, coffee brewing, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
