Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multi‑finance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer for its Madiun, Jawa Timur branch. This role is pivotal in driving vehicle financing sales, cultivating strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s mission to provide accessible financing solutions across the region. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Branch Manager, and will be responsible for both in‑person and telephonic outreach to prospective borrowers.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through direct visits, outbound calls, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a robust distribution network, including dealership partners, brokers, and referral agents.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys and credit assessments to determine eligibility and tailor financing solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to compliance and risk‑management guidelines.
- Prepare and present financing proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, generate regular performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events that enhance brand visibility.
- Provide post‑sale support, ensuring smooth disbursement processes and addressing any customer inquiries or issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the automotive financing sector.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all study fields).
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role (experience is a plus but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
