As a Business Partner, you will act as the face of Amartha Panti in the field, driving brand awareness, acquiring new clients, and supporting the financial empowerment of local entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door and on‑site visits to potential clients, presenting Amartha’s product portfolio and explaining the benefits of micro‑finance services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through market analysis, community networking, and participation in local events.
  • Maintain a daily activity log, track sales pipelines, and report progress to regional supervisors using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional materials and tailor messaging to the cultural context of Pasaman Timur.
  • Provide post‑sale support, ensuring customers understand repayment schedules and encouraging responsible borrowing.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in organizing community workshops that educate small business owners on financial literacy and digital banking tools.
  • Maintain the condition of your personal motorbike, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for field activities.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
  • Own a reliable motorbike for commuting to client sites.
  • Willingness to work full‑time as a field marketer with a 12‑month initial contract.
  • Strong communication skills, high level of personal integrity, and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
  • Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Benefits

Core Compensation & Work Schedule

  • Fixed monthly salary of Rp 3,598,000 (approximately three million five hundred ninety‑eight thousand Rupiah).
  • Work days: Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 19:00 (Saturday and Sunday off).
  • Annual leave granted after successful completion of the first contract year.

Vehicle & Mobility

  • Motorcycle service allowance or assistance with the purchase of a new motorbike.
  • Company‑provided insurance for vehicle loss (subject to terms & conditions).

Life‑Event Support

  • Marriage assistance, including a cash contribution and a decorative flower board (up to Rp 850,000 total).
  • Childbirth benefits: Rp 3,000,000 for normal delivery, Rp 6,000,000 for Caesarean delivery, plus a baby gift of Rp 350,000.

  • Disaster relief and periodic gold‑coin awards for every five years of service.
