Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members – Kitchen Operations to join our fast‑paced culinary team. This entry‑level position is open to candidates of any educational background, gender, and experience level. Our kitchen operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. You will work side‑by‑side with chefs, line cooks, and fellow crew members to ensure every dish is prepared efficiently and meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring according to recipe specifications.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers, ensuring they are clean and functional.
- Support the cooking team by assembling dishes, plating meals, and performing basic cooking tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of pantry items, report shortages, and help restock supplies when needed.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage workflow during peak service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of knives, hot equipment, and hazardous materials.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to continuously improve kitchen efficiency and product knowledge.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up stations, cleaning equipment, and securing the kitchen area.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to hustle in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
