BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team at the Tangerang branch. As a front‑line representative of BCA Finance, you will be the bridge between our innovative financial solutions and the community of small‑to‑medium enterprises, individual borrowers, and strategic partners. Your efforts will directly support our mission to provide accessible, responsible, and high‑quality financial services.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market BCA Finance products, expanding the customer base through proactive outreach and networking activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long‑term collaboration.
- Conduct field surveys, gather consumer data, and perform feasibility analyses to identify high‑potential leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and loan disbursement goals.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to senior management.
- Provide on‑site assistance and guidance to customers throughout the loan application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing BCA Finance at community events, trade shows, and local business forums.
- Continuously improve personal product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments, including changes to the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.

- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Essential Skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Personal Traits: Passion for field work, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Transportation: Valid SIM C and ownership of a personal motorbike.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Tangerang or surrounding areas.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
