Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive training programs for newly recruited nurses and midwives, covering topics such as maternal‑child health, nutrition management, child development, and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Conduct hands‑on workshops and simulations that reinforce best practices in prenatal care, post‑natal support, and infant caregiving.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and assessment tools that align with national health standards and the organization’s quality protocols.
- Monitor trainee progress through regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and tailor instruction to meet diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with senior medical staff to ensure that curriculum content stays current with the latest clinical guidelines and research findings.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance scores, and certification outcomes for all participants.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal expertise and bring innovative teaching methods to the program.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Midwifery or a related health field.
- Gender: Female (as per the specific client requirement).
- Age: 25‑35 years (maximum 35 years).
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as a practicing midwife, preferably with exposure to teaching or mentorship.
- Core Skills:
- Child nutrition management and dietary counseling.
- Early childhood development and parenting guidance.
- Therapeutic child massage and basic pediatric health techniques.
- Understanding of developmental milestones and ability to communicate them effectively.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Organizational prowess for managing training schedules and documentation.
