Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant (Specialist Penjualan) to join our rapidly expanding retail solutions team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to launch a career in sales, offering hands‑on experience with customer interaction, product promotion, and administrative support. The successful candidate will work closely with senior sales staff to develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, social media outreach, and walk‑in inquiries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details using the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit sales quotes, proposals, and contracts under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including order processing, delivery coordination, and handling any customer queries or complaints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and gather market feedback.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing daily sales reports.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the sales process, customer experience, and overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18‑25 years.

  • Strong desire to learn and develop a professional sales career.
  • Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
