Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant (SPG/SPB) to join our fast‑growing team in Cikarang. In this customer‑focused role, you will act as the primary liaison between our retail partners and the end‑users of our credit‑facilitation platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a proven track record in sales or promotion, ready to help clients navigate the credit application process and adopt our mobile application. Responsibilities
- Assist merchants and individual customers in submitting credit applications through our partner network.
- Guide customers step‑by‑step in downloading, installing, and registering on the company’s mobile application.
- Provide on‑site demonstrations of the app’s features, highlighting benefits such as fast approval, flexible repayment, and real‑time transaction tracking.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, conduct follow‑up calls, and convert leads into active users.
- Collaborate with store managers and merchant owners to set up promotional events that drive app adoption.
- Track daily and weekly sales targets, report performance metrics to the regional manager, and suggest process improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product updates, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or customer service, preferably in a retail or financial services setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work against clear, measurable targets.
- Proactive, friendly, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic office software; quick learner of new applications.
- Open to flexible scheduling: work days are Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
