Introduction
Prima Floristindo, a leading supplier of florist tools and decorative materials in the Greater Jakarta area, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Field Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential for expanding our market presence among flower shops, independent florists, and event decorators across Jabodetabek. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sales, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is eager to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to prospective clients, including independent florists, boutique flower shops, and event decoration companies.
- Present and demonstrate Prima Floristindo’s product range—floral foam, colored sponges, stems, wire supports, and other accessories—tailoring solutions to each client’s specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and order quantities while maintaining a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and nurture existing accounts by providing after‑sales support, gathering feedback, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly activity reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to the regional manager.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate order fulfillment, and prompt resolution of any service issues.
- Participate in industry trade shows, local market events, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, recommending strategic adjustments to product positioning or promotional tactics.
- Assist the marketing department in creating localized promotional materials and sales collateral.
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the florist, decorative, or related consumer‑goods sector.
- Strong communication and public‑speaking abilities, with a professional and well‑groomed appearance.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- High level of integrity, discipline, and self‑motivation; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic sales administration, including order entry, CRM usage, and report preparation.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events as required.
