Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions accurately, apply promotional offers, and upsell complementary items to maximize store revenue.
- Provide hands‑on assistance with coil installation, cartridge replacement, and device settings, ensuring customers leave with properly configured equipment.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring all promotional materials are current and eye‑catching.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report stock levels to management, and assist in ordering to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team members during busy periods, covering shifts as needed and supporting collective store goals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new product launches, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and maintain compliance.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the buying team to influence future product selections.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail or vape‑related experience, with a solid understanding of vaping technology considered a strong advantage.
